Accessibility

Draft — last updated September 2026.

Our Commitment

We want this website to be usable by as many visitors as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers or keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to look for ways to improve.

What We’ve Done

  • Menus, accordions (such as the Procedures and FAQ sections), and the consultation form can all be operated with a keyboard.
  • Interactive elements show a visible focus outline when navigated to with a keyboard.
  • Pages use a semantic heading structure to support navigation with assistive technology.
  • Form fields have associated text labels, and validation messages are linked to their fields.
  • Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text.
  • Text and background colors are chosen with readability and contrast in mind.
  • Animations and transitions are reduced or removed for visitors whose systems request reduced motion.

Ongoing Work

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a target for continued improvement. This website has not yet undergone a formal accessibility audit or third-party evaluation, and we do not represent that it fully complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or WCAG at this time.
